Step 1 - Foxhall Addition Foundation
|
|
Using a good Wood Glue and working on a Non Stick surface, glue and square the conservatory foundation corners and secure with masking tape. Let glue dry, sand all surfaces smooth, set aside. |

Step 2 - Foxhall Addition Porch Foundation
|
|
Using a good Wood Glue and working on a Non Stick surface, glue and square the porch foundation corners and secure with masking tape. Let glue dry, sand all surfaces smooth, set aside. |

Step 4A - Assemble Roof Railing
|
|
Determine if your addition is being installed on the Right side or Left side of the Foxhall Manor, when viewing from the rear.<br />Super Glue the Railings together, centering the Railings on Newell Posts front to back and using a 1/8" spacer under the lower railing bar for uniform height.<br />Note: MAKE SURE THE RAILINGS ARE RIGHT SIDE UP BEFORE GLUING |

Step 4B - Roof & Porch Railing (Right Side view from Rear)

Use a square to ensure that the side and front railings are square.<br />The Foxhall Addition may be assembled and installed on either the the Left or Right side of the Foxhall Manor, as Viewed from the Rear. ALL INSTRUCTIONS ARE ARE FOR RIGHT SIDE ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION. |

Step 5 - Front Steps
|
|
Glue Front Steps per instructions with equal spacing left to right and all parts flush to the back. After glue drys, sand to remove burrs and sharp corners. |
