Foxhall ConservatoryThank you for purchasing the Foxhall manor from Nana's dollhouses.com. The finishing options for your Real Good Toys kit are only limited by your imagination. Before we get started please take the time to read and understand all of the instructions that came with your kit.
Step 1 - Conservatory Foundation

Step 1 - Conservatory Foundation Using a good Wood Glue and working on a Non Stick surface, glue and square the conservatory foundation corners and secure with masking tape. IF USING CONSERVATORY with FOXHALL MANOR, cut and add glue a 1/4" spacer on top of the foundation. When the glue is dry, using wood filler, fill and sand any gaps. For best appearance all surfaces should be smooth and gap and crack free.
Step 2 - Conservatory Porch Foundation

Step 2 - Conservatory Porch FoundationRepeat the Foundation Assembly instructions for the Porch. Assemble, glue and square the Porch Foundation. Add the 1/4" spacer. Fill and sand.

Step 3A - Assemble Roof Railing.jpg Super Glue the Railings together, centering the Railings on Newell Posts front to back and using a 1/8" spacer under the lower railing bar for uniform height.<br />Note: MAKE SURE THE RAILINGS ARE RIGHT SIDE UP BEFORE GLUING

Step 3B - Assemble Roof RailingUse a square to ensure that the side and front railings are square. The Foxhall Conservatory may be assembled and installed on either the Left or Right side of the Foxhall Manor, as Viewed from the Rear. Note: THESE PHOTOS and ALL INSTRUCTIONS ARE ARE FOR LEFT ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION.
Step 3C- Paint Roof Railing

Step 3C- Paint Roof Railing After glue has dryed, lightly sand any burrs or rought surfaces. Remove all dust with Tacky Cloth and Paint or Stain as desired. Sett aside for installation later.
Step 4 - Conservatory Steps

Step 4 - Conservatory StepsGlue Front Steps per instructions with equal spacing left to right and all parts flush to the back. After glue drys, sand to remove burrs and sharp corners.

Step 10A - Test Fit the ConservatoryTest fit the Conservatory Foundation, Conservatory Porch and the Conservatory to the main house.| Mark the location for the Front Steps, Centered on the French Door.| Make any adjustments or modifications prior to final assembly.
Step 10B - Attach Foundation, Front Porch and Steps

Step 10B - Attach Foundation, Front Porch and Steps Glue and clamp in place the Conservatory Foundation and the foundation base (the foundation base isnot supplied with the kits). Ensure that the back of the foundations are flush and the sides of the foundations are flush against each other. (If you don't have any clamps, place books or other heavy objects on the foundation to apply even pressure while the glue cures) .| Glue the Conservatory Porch and Front Steps to the base, conservatory foundation and the main house foundation. Apply pressure while glue cures.
