This image will give you an idea of what the Foxhall manor will look like after your project is completed. Use it to plan any electrical features, lighting, modifications, flooring, wall paper and your decorating ideas.|

Step 1A - Frame Assemble
|
|
Using a good quality Wood Glue, glue and nail the Sets "D" & "E". These assemblies use one each Foundation Return and Inset. Use a square to ensure the parts form a right angle. Proceed immediately to the next step. |

|
Step 1B- Foundation Assembly
|
|
Glue and nail part "A" (Foundation Interior Short) to parts "B" & "C" (Foundation Interior Long). Use a square to ensure all parts are square. Part "A" is set back 16-1/4" from the Rear of the house foundation. Proceed immediately to the next step. |

Step 1C - Foundation Assembly
|
|
Glue and nail the Foundation Rear, Centered on the assembly "ABC". Make sure the all parts are square and frame rails "B" & "C" are parallel. Proceed immediately to the next step. |

Step 1D - Foundation Assembly
|
|
Glue and nail the Foundation Front, Centered on the assembly "ABC". Make sure the all parts are square and frame rails "B" & "C" are parallel. Proceed immediately to the next step. |

Step 1E - Foundation Assembly
|
|
Center the assembled parts on the First Floor and use Masking Tape to hold parts in place. Allow glue to dry. |
|

|
Step 1F - Foundation Assembly
|
|
Glue and secure with Masking Tape the Foundation Sides, assemblies "D" & "E" and Foundation Bay. Ensure all parts are alligned with the first floor. Allow all joints to dry.|
Note: All Foundation edges should be parallel to the edges of the first floor. |

Step 3A - Assembly Center Front & Center Returns
|
|
Ensure that the Clapboard faces properly when gluing and nailing the Inside Bay Return Panels to the Center Front Panel. Ensure that all parts align at the bottom and on the sides. And ensure that the Returns are Square to the Front Center Panel. Allow to dry. |

Step 3B - Portico House Beam
|
|
Ensuring that the sloped side of the Portico Beam faces UP, glue the Portico Beam to the Center Front 11/16" from the top, centered on the Center Front. Secure in place with Masking Tape or short braid nails. Allow to dry. |

Step 3C - Portico House Beam
|
|
Portico Beam assembled to Center Front Panel. This view is an optical illusion, the Inside Bay Return Panels are square to the Center Front. |
